Code of Conduct

By participating in activities and events organized by us, you agree to abide by event or activity specific terms and conditions as they are laid out to you during Registration process, as well as policies laid out in this Code of Conduct.

This code of conduct applies to all members of activities or events organized by us at all event premises, regardless whether the event has officially begun or ended.

Please note that this is invite-only private event. If we cannot verify your registration, we will not be able to approve it, therefore it is crucial that if we do not know you, that you join our telegram channel and talk with us first.

Badges shall be worn at all times and are required to be admitted to event and/or activities organized by us. A badge is valid only to the person to whom it has been issued and may not be shared under any circumstances.

Please be informed, that badges remain our property and need to be surrendered to us upon request from our Staff or our Security.

Conduct

All events and activities organized by us are private. All our events may be known to the public under different name that allows us to differentiate ourselves from other furry events and gain access to venues and other events without need to explain fandom to venue managers.

Please note that the way how you conduct yourself reflects on our public image. The main focus on our events is to create lasting memories for all attendees and for the general public, for this to work however, it is important that the illusion stays intact at all times. Because of that, we are kindly requesting all fursuiters to stay in fursuit and character at all times in all public area, except for emergency.

If you believe you may have any problems with this policy, please contact Staff members prior to the event to discuss it. Some events or activities may have more relaxed policies, in case of doubt, please ask Staff using private message on our Telegram group for more information regarding current event policies.

Please be courteous to others whether you are in fursuit or not.

Photography policy

Videos and Pictures may be taken by Staff during the event or activity.
By participating in an event or activity you expressly consent for pictures and videos to be taken.

All attendees are reminded however to exercise caution before taking pictures or making videos of any attendees or costumes that are present on our event or activity – do not assume that just because someone is in fursuit or just because someone is present at our event that they want to have their picture taken or be recorded – always ask for permission first!

Photography and filming for the purpose of sale, publication, mass media or any other dissemination either for commercial or non-commercial purposes is expressly prohibited by us without written authorization from us.

Interaction with public

Please ensure when interacting with public that you do not frighten them in any way and always make sure to respect private space of others. Never force anyone to interact with you, especially small children if it is clear that such interaction may be unwelcome. Please remember that you may have limited vision and movement in your fursuit, therefore please refrain from interactions that you may not have full control over.

Membership

Upon registration to an event or activity thru Registration Form, and acceptance of both Code of Conduct and relevant terms of event or activity, your registration will be pending review by our Staff.

Upon approval of the registration by our Staff, you will be issued badge which shall be picked up at the beginning of event or activity.

If you breach any relevant terms of event or activity or any provision of this Code of Conduct as determined by chairman, designated agents or persons, Security or Staff – you may be given a warning or you may have your badge confiscated and be asked to leave which shall be determined at the discretion of relevant Staff or Security.

In some instances of violations, you may also be refereed to venue security or to law enforcement agencies or public safety.

Any member whose badge has been confiscated and thus has its membership revoked is prohibited from registering on any future events or activities as organized by us.

Revocation of the membership may only be appealed by writing an e-mail to security@foxriverfurwalk.net
